Privacy policy
At J&C Edificaciones S.A.C. we process the personal data of those who visit this site and contact us in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and its regulation, Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can control it.

What data we process
Only what you provide voluntarily, and only what is needed to assist you:
- Contact and quote forms: name, email, phone, company and the description of the project you are enquiring about.
- Website assistant: the content of the messages you send it. We recommend not sharing sensitive information or confidential documentation through that channel.
We do not collect sensitive data, build profiles, or make automated decisions that affect you.
What we use it for
To respond to your request, prepare quotes, provide our services and maintain the commercial contact you initiate. We do not use it for third-party advertising, nor do we sell or transfer it for marketing purposes.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or write to the assistant, and — once we work together — performance of the corresponding contract.
Who else accesses your data
We do not transfer your data to third parties. We do rely on providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Zoho Corporation — email service through which we receive notice of your request.
- Google LLC — language model powering the website assistant. The messages you write to it are processed on their infrastructure.
Both operate servers outside Peru, so processing involves a cross-border data flow. We chose them as providers with accredited security measures, and we send only what is essential to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the commercial relationship and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet the legal or contractual responsibilities arising from it. Once no longer necessary, we delete it. You may ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
How we protect it
The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the prospect database is restricted to authorised J&C Edificaciones staff through credentials, and we run regular backups. No system is infallible, but we maintain and review reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) at any time, and withdraw the consent you gave us. Simply write to administracion@jcedificaciones.com.pe stating which right you wish to exercise; we may ask you to prove your identity, so that nobody else can access your data.
The regulation gives us twenty (20) business days to handle access requests, and ten (10) business days for rectification, cancellation and objection.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, the competent body in Peru.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies: we do not employ tracking tools or share your browsing with third parties.
The only cookie in the project is the one keeping the private management panel session open, reserved for J&C Edificaciones staff. It is strictly necessary for that access and is not set for site visitors.
Changes to this policy
If we amend it, we will publish the updated version on this same page with its new date. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
